Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Dynamic QR Code Engine (the "Service", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), including creating dynamic QR codes, customizing static vector payloads, configuring short redirect URLs, and accessing scan analytics dashboards, you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you possess the authority to bind such entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to all provisions of these Terms, you must immediately cease all access to and use of the Service.
Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
The integrity, security, and reputational standing of our redirect domain network are paramount. Users are strictly and unequivocally prohibited from generating QR codes or configuring dynamic routing targets that link to, promote, facilitate, or distribute any of the following:
Deceptive landing pages impersonating financial institutions, government agencies, corporate logins, social platforms, or email portals.
Direct file links or drive-by landing pages initiating automatic downloads of spyware, trojans, ransomware, or malicious APKs/scripts.
Ponzi schemes, unauthorized cryptocurrency giveaways, fraudulent lottery claims, advance-fee scams, counterfeit goods, or unlicensed gambling.
Explicit adult media, sexually explicit content, non-consensual material, hate speech, violent extremism, or content violating local laws.
Right to Terminate & Modify Services
The site administration explicitly reserves the absolute right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability, to:
-
Instant Link Disablement: Deactivate, modify, nullify, or permanently delete any dynamic QR code, short URL hash (
/r/hash), or redirection mapping found to violate our Acceptable Use Policy or applicable municipal, national, or international laws. - Account Termination: Suspend or permanently terminate user accounts, revoke workspace access, and erase stored QR presets without liability or recourse.
- Network Quarantine: Blacklist suspicious IP addresses, incoming referrers, or destination hostnames engaging in abusive traffic patterns, denial of service (DoS) attempts, or automated vulnerability scraping.
- Cooperation with Law Enforcement: Comply with lawful warrants, subpoenas, and court orders regarding fraudulent, criminal, or deceptive operations conducted using platform redirects.
Service Availability & Disclaimer of Warranties
Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS-IS" & "AS-AVAILABLE"):
THE PLATFORM, ITS REDIRECTION ARCHITECTURE, AND ANALYTICS LOGS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
While we architect our redirect engine for maximum uptime, high throughput, and sub-millisecond query execution, you acknowledge and agree that:
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or zero-latency operation of dynamic redirect URLs or dashboard interfaces.
- The site operator and infrastructure maintainers shall not be liable for any data loss, telemetry corruption, campaign interruption, business downtime, missed marketing revenue, or lost profits.
- Scheduled maintenance, upstream network failures, data center outages, or DNS propagation latency may temporarily affect link reachability.
Print Media & Physical Deployment Verification
DynamicQR provides high-resolution vector exports (SVG, EPS, PDF, and PNG) designed for print media, signage, merchandise, and digital campaigns. However:
You are solely responsible for testing and scanning physical proofs across multiple mobile operating systems (iOS and Android) and camera hardware prior to commissioning large-volume commercial printing runs (e.g., billboards, packaging, event passes, or business stationery).
We bear no financial liability for defective print batches, unreadable ink contrasts, low camera contrast ratios, or incorrect payload configurations once printed.
Account Security & Registration Integrity
When creating an account to manage dynamic routing presets:
- You must provide accurate, verifiable registration details and maintain an updated email address.
- You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and account credentials. All actions executed under your authenticated session are deemed your legal responsibility.
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or security breaches of your account.
Data Ownership & Intellectual Property
Your Data Remains Yours: You retain complete, unencumbered ownership of your custom brand logos, destination assets, and marketing collateral uploaded to or associated with your dynamic QR codes. We do not claim intellectual property rights over user-supplied content.
Platform Rights: All core platform software, user interface designs, routing algorithms, documentation, and database schemas remain the proprietary intellectual property of the Dynamic QR Code Engine.
Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE PLATFORM, ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the platform and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal and accounting fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms or your use of dynamic QR destinations.
Modifications to These Terms
We reserve the right to revise, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect legislative updates, platform expansions, or security refinements. When changes occur, the updated "Effective Date" at the top of this document will be revised accordingly. Your continued usage of the platform following the posting of updated terms signifies your binding acceptance.
